The client desired a comfortable and stylish workspace in light colors. Inspired by the island's coastal landscapes, the designers aimed to create an atmosphere of stability and calm. Using light warm tones, along with wood and travertine stone, they aimed to reduce stress and improve productivity for tasks within the office environment.
In the representative area, large panoramic windows required sun protection systems. Wooden blinds were chosen to blend seamlessly into the interior, creating a harmonious play of light and shadow. The uncluttered space evokes elements of the sea and sandy beaches, promoting stress reduction, concentration, and productivity.
A staircase leads to the executive floor, featuring two levels of expansive glazing. Linear wave-like lamps delicately emphasize the floor's layered structure.
Above, the third level is a mezzanine area separated by a solid glass fence, exclusively for office employees and offering private offices for enhanced confidentiality.
The team was tasked with integrating existing elements of the space into the new interior design. They chose to retain the wall cladding, flooring, kitchen area, and bathrooms, which proved to be a cost-effective solution for the project. An additional dining area was seamlessly incorporated into the existing kitchen layout. Changes to the restroom area included relocating the entrance from the kitchen to a more accessible transit area.
