This villa was designed for a family seeking a quiet expression of modern luxury—where materials, light, and proportion speak louder than ornament.

At the heart of the home, a double-height natural stone fireplace anchors the ground floor. It divides a soft, intimate lounge from a dining space that extends into a sleek, open kitchen. As day fades, built-in lighting brings warmth to the stone, while panoramic windows frame the hillside city lights.

The dining area is centred around a sculpted wall and a marble table—a space for conversation, intentionally free of visual noise. Custom glass elements in amber tones are echoed throughout the interior, adding continuity and quiet richness.

In the kitchen, a glowing glass island and dark marble surfaces create contrast and clarity, elevating the space without excess.
