QUATTRO

The design aimed to transform a high-ceilinged, open space with visible infrastructure into a versatile office. It accommodates both daily and hybrid workers, integrating in-person and virtual interactions to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

The office is designed with four distinct zones, each equipped with its own restrooms, storage, and communication areas, including a sleep room and shower. The color scheme features natural wood tones, cream, terracotta, and olive, known to enhance productivity.

Workspaces are bathed in natural light and feature high-quality sound insulation, complemented by decorative hanging screens, plant arrangements, lamps, and magnetic boards. Employees can easily shift between tasks, whether working at a desk, brainstorming by a window with a panoramic view, or relaxing in a comfortable chair. The office also includes a library and a large play area (over 110 m²), supporting a dynamic work rhythm and encouraging both productivity and relaxation.

Every aspect of the project has been meticulously planned—from temporary partitions and telecommunications setup to intuitive logistics and ergonomic workstations. Our experience shows that employee comfort combined with effective teamwork is key to achieving success.
