Perched between sea and mountains, this 2,225 m² office space was transformed into a dynamic hub for over 200 employees of a global IT company. In just six months, two empty floors evolved into a thoughtfully zoned environment where design meets purpose.

The first floor radiates energy, with vibrant collaborative zones, custom planter partitions for acoustic comfort, and flexible layouts that adapt at a pull of a curtain—ideal for everything from focused work to creative sessions.

Upstairs, the second floor shifts the mood. Natural materials, soft tones, and refined minimalism foster calm and concentration, while elegant geometric elements and fluid forms enhance the space’s sense of balance.

Break areas are designed as social anchors. Contrasting textures and playful details in the kitchens and lounges bring personality to everyday rituals. Meanwhile, four spacious terraces offer open-air work zones with Mediterranean views—perfect for meetings, meals, or moments of recharge.

This project reflects a new standard in office design—where aesthetics, flexibility, and well-being are seamlessly integrated into every corner.
