Maximizing the use of fragments left over from the previous space presented a challenge to the designers in creating a prestigious office for the company’s management.
The reception, waiting, and lounge areas are designed around accent elements, creating a gallery-like atmosphere with a focus on premium aesthetics. A decorative partition separates the transit area from the reception, doubling as practical shelves. The receptionist’s desk, prominently positioned, features a glossy finish that enhances the perceived spaciousness of the room.
High-quality, ergonomically designed furniture from Italian manufacturers like Gollinucci Daniele, Martin & Gollinucci Daniele, Younique, and True Design Fender adorn the office interior. Landscaping was carefully selected to complement the lighting conditions of the premises. Abstract paintings in the waiting area create a gallery-like ambiance with a changing exposition.
The office's open space is flexible, easily transforming into a large meeting room. Workstations can be rearranged to suit different needs or combined to create a conference room. Desktops are equipped with sound-absorbing Lintex screens for a quieter work environment.
The office includes six Framery Phone Booths for private calls and meetings, with four for one person and two for two people. The booths have wireless charging and adjustable tables.
The office on the 17th floor boasts a cozy meeting room overlooking the sea, created by fully glazing the terrace for a panoramic coastal view. Decorative acoustic panels and textured inserts enhance sound quality due to the extensive use of glass.
The kitchen, designed in darker tones, promotes focus and relaxation transitions. It offers both regular seating and bar tables, with a dining area overlooking a serene terrace and the sea.
