TECHIIA holding tasked the design team with creating an office that blends classical style with loft elements. The journey begins at the reception, designed to resemble rough-depth stone carved from rock. This feature adds a touch of brutalism and unexpected combinations to the overall design.

The designers' conceptual approach infuses the space with nobility and sophistication, using classical neutral colors and premium materials like high-quality wood, leather, velvet, and marble. While maintaining classical style elements, the office also incorporates bold, unexpected design techniques. The loft-style concrete columns are creatively covered with white drywall, contrasting with the rough, exposed concrete ceiling. White intricate rosettes against the concrete ceiling create a striking visual effect. Light streaming from openings around the columns adds further distinction. These unconventional solutions give the TECHIIA office a unique and individual character.
